New Monday Hours: 11:45 Until We Sell Out (or 8 PM)

Starting now, we're firing up the smoker on Mondays too — 11:45 AM until we sell out or 8 PM, whichever comes first.

We heard you. Mondays were rough without your BBQ fix, so we're changing that. Starting this week, Baxley's Garage BBQ is open on Mondays from 11:45 AM until we sell out or 8 PM — whichever comes first. That last part matters: we smoke everything low and slow in small batches, so when it's gone, it's gone. If you want to make sure you get your favorites, come early in the week and early in the day. Same great brisket, same ribs, same sides you count on — now with one more day a week to get them. See you Monday.
